Dr. Kenneth T. Miller, Jr. was raised in Jamestown, NC and graduated from Ragsdale High School. He headed to Durham for college and received his BS in Psychology from Duke University in 1968. He then obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina. For his scholastic achievements, Dr. Miller was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Fraternity and received the Alpha Omega award for highest academic honors. He remained at UNC to get his Masters of Science in Orthodontics.
Dr. Miller has provided the highest quality in orthodontic care since 1974. A life-long learner, he stays in touch with his profession through both continuing education courses and membership in organizations such as the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists, and the North Carolina Dental Society.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife Karen, his three children Kate, Ken, and Kittie, and his five grandchildren Shelton, Thomas, Ken IV, Finley, and Web. He can also be found marlin fishing off the coast of Cape Hatteras or watching the Blue Devils play basketball.
